When we get too caught up in the busyness of the world, we lose connection with one another — and ourselves. — Jack Kornfield

"A meditation base where people can come to practice, breathe, and pause — together."

This course is just the beginning. The vision is a physical sanctuary in Japan — a place of rest, presence, and community. You are part of that story.

Introduction to Mindfulness: A Path to Self-Compassion for the Overextended Mind

Are you feeling the "mid-life squeeze"? If you are juggling the heavy, competing demands of a career, raising kids, and caring for aging parents, you are likely pouring all your energy into others while your own cup runs entirely empty.

This 4-week online introductory course is designed specifically for you. This isn't about adding another chore to your endless to-do list, and we won't just focus on generic stress reduction. Instead, we will explore practical, heart-centred mindfulness tools to help you step out of chronic overwhelm, release heavy expectations, and soften your critical inner voice.

Together, we will learn how to:

🌬️
Find a RefugeUse accessible breath and movement practices to find a moment of peace, even on your busiest days.
🌧️
Navigate Heavy EmotionsLearn the RAIN practice (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) — a practical, four-step emotional lifeline for managing anxiety and mid-life pressures.
🤍
Cultivate a Wise HeartPractice self-compassion and self-forgiveness so you can finally offer yourself the same grace you give to everyone else.

Join us in an intimate, supportive online space to establish a realistic, ongoing practice of self-care right in the middle of your demanding life.
